SCHOOL BUSES

MUST have this filled out in order to have student ride the bus. This is for the kids', schools', and drivers' safety. Can be printed out, hand written, scanned, faxed, completed online, downloaded and emailed, completed on the school's website, on all mobile devices, laptops, computers, at work or on your phone. The library is available to those without any other access or you can call 507-867-3410 and ask for assistance to fill it out. You may come to the bus garage in person, with a mask and proper social distancing, to fill it out as well.
