This isn’t our first tour to a NASCAR race!!

We have been to several races including Chicagoland Speedway, Kansas Speedway, Bristol Motor Speedway, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway and Las Vegas Motor Speedway. You could travel with others but why not travel with the best? We are consistently customizing our tours to meet the requests of our customers, after all, it’s not our vacation, it’s yours!

We travel with families and corporate groups, young and old so if you are a NASCAR fan and want to attend a race, let Bernard Coach take you there.

Your NASCAR vacation package includes all of this:

Motor Coach Transportation:
In motion satellite TV on the coach and at the track, WiFi, DVD player, reclining seats, air conditioning, rest room, a joke or two, all while enjoying the beverage of your choice while en route.

Hotel Accommodations:
Your deluxe stay includes a continental breakfast each morning and the hotel is within walking distance of both food and entertainment.

Reserved seating at the track for each race:
Your race seat gives you a complete view of both the track and pit road. We accommodate any size group and can seat you together. We can almost always get you the extras (i.e. pit passes, garage passes) at each track, and if requested, we can even arrange for you to meet a driver. (Call for price and availability of the extras).

Tailgate meals prepared for you:
Meals we have prepared include:
• Rib-eye steak sandwiches & cheese potatoes
• Hamburger bar (cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, mayo, ketchup & mustard) and chips
• Johnsonville beer boiled brats (our own family recipe), with onions, sauerkraut, and chips
• Chicken breast sandwich & potatoes
• And of course all meals include dessert and a beverage

Happy hours at the races:
Bloody Mary bar, Margaritas, Beer, Pop/Soda, Water or bring your beverage of choice. Tents are set up for you to relax under while at the track.


Sound system and DJ for your enjoyment:
We provide the entertainment just for you! We have over 2800 songs to choose from so bring your requests, your favorite joke or story, and we will make this the best tailgate party at the track.

Games played on the coach:
We like to make the ride fun and play a variety of games on the way to our destination. These include: Lug nuts, guess the time of arrival, pole position and usually a few we dream up along the way.

Games played at the track:
We also like to make it fun and entertaining at the track. Some of the games we play here are: first car out, half way leader, winner of the race and last place car. Please feel free to make side bets among your new friends.

Complete check list so you leave nothing behind:
Tooth brushs to coolers, we know what you should have. A list will be sent to you
a month before our departure date with some suggested items you may want to bring along.

Several loading locations:
Chatfield, Rochester, Albert Lea, La Crosse, Eau Claire, Durand, Wisconsin Dells, Decorah, Winona, Omaha, NE; Salt Lake City, Utah; Kansas City, Kansas; you name it if we are traveling that way we will pick you up.

Experienced tour guides that have been to the tracks and know NASCAR:
Our guides and drivers have been to NASCAR several times. They watch NASCAR at home, they have NASCAR apparel, they know what they are doing!
