Racing, sight seeing, Las Vegas enjoyment, we cover it all in this trip. We have provided our customers several options on this tour. Fly to Las Vegas, ride our motor coach to Las Vegas, or meet us in Las Vegas. You pick how you get there. Once you get there, you can climb aboard our coach and visit the track. We will be using the Air Force base as our route, cutting out the long wait to get back to Las Vegas. Whether you met us in Vegas, have you own hotel or have your own tickets to the race, we cater to your request, still providing the Bernard Coach racing experience.

5:00am - Depart Chatfield , MN (several other locations available)
9:00am - Rest Break (15 minute)
1:00pm - Lunch Stop
3:30pm - Rest Break (1/2 hour at a quick stop)
8:00pm - Arrive at our hotel in Denver, Co.
Thursday, February 25th
Today we travel through the Rocky Mountains where we will be taking in some awesome sights, snow capped mountains and down hill skiers in Veil, Co, just to name a few. 80 degree weather and the bright Lights of Las Vegas are our winter home for the next 3 days!!!!!
6:30am - Depart Hotel9:00am - Rest Break (15 minute)
11:30am - Find cool spot to eat.
12:30pm - Depart
3:30pm - Rest Break (1/2 hour scenic over look)
6:00pm- The bright light of Vegas come into view
7:00pm - Arrive at Las Vegas Club

Friday, February 26thFriday brings total enjoyment of whatever you would like to do in Las Vegas. If you would like to go to qualifying, we can help make arrangements for you to get there. Just let us know. Otherwise, enjoy all Vegas has to offer.
TBA pm- We will pick up fly in customers at the air port. If you choose, you may use your own ground transportation.
Saturday, February 27thToday we head to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, where we will find all sorts of excitement. Keep your eyes open, you never know who you will see.
7:00am - Depart for the track.
8:00am - Arrive at the track.
Check out the sights, shop, or lounge around, your choice.10:30am - Grills started-tailgating begins.
Today's menu: Hamburger bar (cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, mayo, ketchup & mustard) chips, beverage and dessert!"new" Scanner rental - Bernard coach will be offering scanner rental this year. First come first served. We can program your existing scanner to get the most up to date frequencies. This is just one more thing we do for customer convenience.
11:00am -Place your bets.
We will have several games to play if you choose1:30pm - RACE TIME!!!!
After Race, "Happy Hour", on tap today
Bloody Mary bar, Margaritas, Beer, Pop, Water or you may bring your beverage of choice.We bring along tents for you to relax under while at the track.

Sunday, February 28thOff to the Las Vegas Speedway again today, but with the Big Boy Series. Resume where you left off yesterday and feel the thunder of the cars as the Sprint Cup Series takes the track.
10:00am - Grills started-tailgating begins.
Today's menu: Johnsonville beer boiled brats (our own family recipe) with onions, sauerkraut, beverage and dessert!
10:30pm - Place your bets.
We will have several games to play if you choose

8:00pm - Arrive at our hotel Denver Co.
** In case of a rain out on Sunday we will leave immediately after the race on Monday**
Tuesday March 2ndWell what's left to offer? We have been through the mountains, visited Las Vegas, watched NASCAR and now we are headed for home. How about memories. Thanks for traveling, see you next year!
