2010 Tour Itinerary :
Kansas Speedway has been an excellent track to watch a NASCAR race. We will been staying at the Baymont Inn & Suites. There are several attractions close to the hotel and is just a short drive to the track. We know you will find this tour fun and exciting.

Friday, October 1st

10:00am - Depart Chatfield

11:00am - Meet customers at Albert Lea, MN (Trails Inn Truck Stop)

12:45pm - Lunch break at Story City, IA Exit 124, Mc Donald's

1:45pm - Depart

4:00pm - Rest break (Exit 92 Bethany, Truck stop)

4:30pm - Depart for Lees Summit, MO

6:30pm - Arrive Hotel Lees Summit, MO (depending on traffic)

Saturday, October 2nd

7:00am - SHARP!! Depart for Kansas Speedway.

11:30am - Grill lit, Tailgating begins
Eat at your convenience, visit vendors, etc..

2:30pm - RACE TIME!!!!

After race - Happy hour until traffic clears (usually about an hour)

1 hour after race - Return to hotel .

Sunday, October 3rd

7:00 am SHARP! - Depart for Kansas Speedway (bus will not wait)

11:30 am - Grill is lit, tailgating begins; e
Eat at your convenience, visit vendors, etc.

2:00 pm - RACE TIME!!!

After race - We will leave the track once traffic clears (approximately 1 hour)

Monday, October 4th

8:00 am - Depart Hotel for home (unless Sunday's race was rained out)

Noon - Lunch break

1:00 pm - Depart for Chatfield

3:30 pm - Arrive in Chatfield

**If Sunday's race was rained out, bus will depart for home after Monday's race.
