Welcome to the excitement of short track racing. Bernard Coach returns this season to the Bristol Motor Speedway. Bernard Coach rents two parking spots near the track. We have the spots reserved just for you our customer; we do not have to fight long traffic lines before we park. We simply pull in; park then check the lug nuts for the winner. Then we get out the grills and let the tailgating begin. Just a short walk, gentlemen start your engines and the thunder begins. We have changed hotels this year to make for a shorter ride to and from the track. Come on along you will not be disappointed!!!

Thursday August 19th

7:00am - Depart Chatfield 103 NW Division St.

10:15 - Depart Milwaukee, WI

11:30am - Lunch - both coaches meet.

12:00pm - Depart.

4:00pm - Break Driver switch (quick stop).

4:30pm - Depart.

8:00pm - Arrive Hotel Lexington, KY.

 

Friday August 20th

8:30am - Depart Lexington, KY.

1:30pm - Arrive at the Track.
We have reserved parking which means no waiting in line

4:00pm - Tailgate party Begins.

5:00pm - Happy hour.

8:00pm - Race time.
After race Depart for hotel, Knoxville, TN

Just a short 1½ hour drive back to the hotel makes for a good night's sleep.

 

Saturday August 21st

11:30am - Depart Hotel for the Bristol Motor Speedway.

2:00pm - Arrive at the Track.
We have reserved parking which means no waiting in line.

4:00pm - Tailgate party begins.

5:00pm - Happy Hour.

8:00pm - Race time.

After race Depart for hotel, Knoxville, TN

Sunday August 22nd
 In case of rain out we will stay and watch the race, then depart for Matteson, IL

8:00am - Depart for Matteson, IL

10:00am - 15 minute rest break

12:00pm - Lunch stop

12:30pm - Depart

3:30pm - 15 minute rest break

8:00pm 2nd coach meets group and continues to Milwaukee, WI

12:00  coach arrives Chatfield,MN
